Estamos ubicados en la zona de Blasco Ibañez/Facultades y disponemos de la capacitación e infraestructura para la administración de inmuebles, edificios de oficinas, mancomunidades, centros y entidades deportivas, polígonos y centros comerciales.
Disponemos de profesionales especialistas en todas las áreas, para atender cualquier gestión o asesoramiento relacionado con la administración de bienes inmuebles, en régimen de propiedad horizontal o administración de patrimonios (propiedad vertical.)
Creemos que la información contable (cuentas, liquidaciones de gastos), que elaboramos como Secretarios de Comunidades (convocatorias, actas, circulares,...) y que custodiamos como Administraciones de la Finca (contratos, estatutos,...), debe estar disponible para nuestros clientes de una manera accesible, intuitiva, inmediata y clara, a través del despacho virtual 24 horas.
Atendemos las incidencias necesarias para la correcta gestión y conservación del Edificio, disponiendo de asistencia técnica, a través de los diferentes acuerdos propios y convenios suscritos por el Colegio Territorial de Administradores de Fincas de Valencia, que garantizan economizar el coste de los mantenimientos tanto preventivos como correctivos.
Ofrecemos los cauces necesarios a través de la mediación para la resolución de conflictos y controversias que surgen de las relaciones vecinales, con la única finalidad de que la convivencia en las comunidades de propietarios, sea cordial y pacífica.
